We've curated some of our favorite wines to help you get through SIP! This is a collection of our everyday essentials; the reds and whites that we keep coming back to because they're always a good end to our day. The Essentials!
This certified organic Sauvignon Blanc from Santa Ynez Valley continues to be one of our best selling white wines! Lively, clean and very refreshing, this is a lovely expression of Sauvignon Blanc, showing lots of fragrant grapefruit and white flower notes. Pair it with ginger noodles, fish tacos, chicken piccata and just about anything eaten al fresco.
Poco a Poco Chardonnay
This biodynamically farmed Chardonnay is aged in neutral oak barrels giving it a beautiful roundness without the distraction of baking spice and vanilla that so often dominates new oak aged Chardonnay. This has a lively burst of pineapple and Meyer lemon notes balanced with just the right amount of ripeness.
Three winemakers, Jason Osborne, Angela Osborne and Manuel Cuevas are united by their love for California, making wines that symbolize their cultures and give a sense of place. This Pinot Noir is elegant and ethereal on the palate with notes of red cherry, pomegranate and a touch of baking spice. Pair is with duck confit, mushroom risotto, lamb popsicles.
A gulpable blend of Montepulciano, Dolcetto, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese from Mendocino, CA that is approachable, rich, and round. It showcases the best of each contributing variety with intense tannin from the Sangiovese, the soft structures of Montepulciano and Dolcetto and the incredible depth and power of Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of sour cherry, juicy pomegranate, rose petal, dried tobacco. Try it with tomato forward dishes, hanger steak, lamb kabobs and grilled sweet potatoes with cherry tomato salsa.
