Light & Bright We've curated some of our favorite wines! This is a collection of bright easy drinking rosé and whites that are sure to ease you into Summer.
Matthiasson Rosé This is a stunning blend of Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre and Counoise from husband-wife team Steve and Jill Matthiasson in Napa Valley. If you love Provencal style rosé this is for you! Refreshing notes of grapefruit, raspberry and white flowers. Pair this with frittata, farfalle with snow peas, grilled fish, sipping on the porch with friends (at a safe distance of course)! Rose & Son Sauvignon Blanc This certified organic Sauvignon Blanc from Santa Ynez Valley continues to be one of our best selling white wines! Lively, clean and very refreshing, this is a lovely expression of Sauvignon Blanc, showing lots of fragrant grapefruit and white flower notes. Pair it with ginger noodles, fish tacos, chicken piccata and just about anything eaten al fresco.
Savage Grace Gruner Veltliner Feeling adventurous? This Gruner Veltliner is the perfect new wine to take for a spin. Winemaker Michael Savage in the Columbia Gorge area of Washington brings balance and elegance to this Old World varietal. Bursting with refreshing citrus fruit, honey, and wet stone notes, it pairs perfectly with shellfish, grilled asparagus and Pad Thai!
Edith & Ida Chardonnay A Chardonnay from the CCOF certified Lolonis Vineyard in Mendocino’s Redwood Valley is light to medium bodied with flavors of citrus, pears, and flint. The finish is long and tingly with acid and salt. It is an elegant and refined Chardonnay that pairs beautifully with green goddess salad, broccolini with pecorino and roasted trout with lemon and leeks.
