Origin: Chock Rock Vineyard, Monterey County, CA

Farming Practices:

Why we love it:

Who: Small San Francisco-based producer hell bent on producing clean, stable wines made without sulfites, as well as bringing to light obscure and old vine grapes of California.

What/How: Fruit is sourced from the remote, sustainable seven-acre Chock Rock Vineyard located in a rugged canyon of the Santa Lucia Mountains, named for its white, limestone-rich soils.

Tasting Notes: Elegant, bright Pinot Noir with fresh cherry favors; as a natural wine, has plenty of structure and texture resulting in a complex and delightful bottle.

Pairs With: Pairs well with roast chicken, plank-grilled salmon, stuffed mushrooms, porkchops – really, whatever your heart’s desire.
