Why we love it:
Who: Ultraviolet is Samantha Sheehan’s second label under which she makes Cabernet Sauvignon and delicious sparkling wine. Both wines are made in an artisanal manner, without any additives other than a judicious amount of sulfur.
Tasting Notes: Ripe notes of blueberry compote, plums, fresh violet petals and currant, a round mouthfeel with hints of blackberry bramble, black pepper and Bordeaux-like earthiness, with bright acidity and velvety, persistent tannin.
Pairs With: Portabello mushrooms, grilled anything and pizza night with family and friends.
