Ultraviolet Cabernet Sauvignon Ultraviolet is Samantha Sheehan’s second label under which she makes elegant Cabernet Sauvignon in an artisanal manner. We love this balanced Cabernet that takes cues from its Old World counterpart with brisk acidity and grounding notes of earth and minerality. The tannins are silky and round while the nose is punctuated with lovely notes of blackberry, violet and a touch of baking spice.
