- Practicing organic or biodynamic farming - farmed without pesticides or synthetic fertilizers
- Made with Native Yeasts - No use of commercial or GMO yeasts during the winemaking
- Produced with minimal usage of sulfur - reducing any additives used in the winemaking and bottling to an absolute minimum
Does someone need to sign for my shipments?
Yes. The delivery carrier will require a signature from an adult 21 years of age or older in order to make the delivery. If you are not able to be home to sign for your wine club shipments, we strongly suggest having your wine club shipments sent to an office or business address where an adult 21 years of age or older is available to sign for the shipments. The delivery carrier will make 3 attempts to deliver the shipment and will then return the shipment to us.
Where do you ship?
All shipping to California is free and through UPS carbon neutral shipping. We strive to bring local, family-owned producers to our clients, and by reducing the shipping distance we aim to reduce out carbon footprint one bottle at a time.
We do not ship to outside of California.
Can I order additional bottles of a certain wine I received in one of my wine club shipments?
Yes! We would love for you to be able to enjoy more of a wine you thought was delicious. Please just send us a message to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can coordinate which wines, how many bottles and when we can ship that to you.
When will I be billed and when will my shipment be sent?
You will be billed for your first shipment when you sign up for our wine club. You will continue to be charged on that same day of the month based on the frequency of your wine club shipments. We prepare all of our shipments on Tuesday and Wednesday for them to go out by UPS or Fedex that Thursday. You should receive an email with each wine club shipment that will have your tracking information
Can I make changes to my membership?
You can make changes to your information online under “Your Account”. There you should be able to update your preferences such as frequency of shipments, bottles per shipment, billing/shipping information, etc. You may also contact us for any assistance at email@example.com.
Will I receive identical bottles of the same wine each month?
With our wine club membership you will receive different wines each month. Our 12 bottle membership will receive 2 bottles each of the 6 selected wines for that month.
