The Disruptive Sisters "Sip & Celebrate" wine pack features delicious wines for festive nights made by some of our favorite female winemakers! Each wine is hand crafted from pristinely farmed grapes and made naturally with no additives or added sugars. These wines are a warm hug on cold nights and make the perfect gift to share with friends and family!
Edith & Ida Chardonnay Winemaker: Lynn Wheeler Lynn Wheeler created Edith & Ida as part of the Hobo Wine Company (the winery she started with her husband Kenny) to showcase very old, organically tended vines that perfectly express all that is delicious in California Chardonnay. Planted in 1944, this Chardonnay comes from some of the oldest plantings in the state and is organically certified. This wine is refreshing and light on its feet with nice structure that showcases the characters of stone fruit, citrus peels, and pears
Ultraviolet Sparkling Rosé Winemaker: Samantha Sheehan Ultraviolet is Samantha Sheehan’s second label under which she makes Cabernet Sauvignon. She recently added this sparkling rosé to the lineup (and we’re thrilled she did!). Both wines are made in an artisanal manner, without any additives other than a judicious amount of sulfur. This is an elegant blend of Cabernet Franc from Coombsville and French Colombard from Mendocino made using the Charmant method resulting in a playful, fruit-driven California sparkling.
Olivia Brion "Les Vagabondes" Tempranillo Winemaker: Kira Ballotta Kira Ballotta is dedicated to sustainability and strives to make wines that are driven by balance and ultimately an age-worthiness that is distinctly Californian. Tempranillo is a red varietal with rich characteristics similar to Cabernet Sauvignon, but has distinctive black fruit flavors of blackberry and blueberry, finishing a long with an intriguing graphite note.
