Why we love it:
Who: Three winemakers, Jason Osborne, Angela Osborne, Manuel Cuevas are united by their love for California, making wines that symbolize their cultures and give a sense of place.
What/How: Two sites, harvested and vinified separately, The Edna Valley site was 16% whole cluster. Èlevage was 11 months, with each lot aged separately in neutral 59gal barrique. The two lots were racked together one (new) moon before bottling.
Tasting Notes: Elegant and ethereal palate with notes of red cherry, pomegranate and a touch of baking spice.
